The unit has all stainless steel contact parts and a mild steel heating jacket.

A bottom driven blade with a adjustable baffle within the s/s lid.

The unit is emptied by tilting the bowl.

The unit has got safety interlocks fitted and the motor has been tested.

It has a on / off  starter.
