A stainless steel 225 Lts tilting cooking pan.

The steam jacket is rated at 50 psi, originally it was an electric element but has been rebadged by  D.C.Norris.

Made in 1993.

Approx. 720 mm dia. x 630 mm deep. 

The pan is suspendered in a stainless steel frame with a tilting mechanism operated by a hand wheel.
