2000 Lts Paddle Blender

Manufactured by Niro  Genodan of Denmark.

Made in 1987. Serial number 870181.

A 2000 Lts working capacity approx. 2500 Lts full unit. The trough is approx. 1500 mm long x 1300 wide x 1400 deep. with stainless steel angled flights along the stainless steel shaft pushing the product to a 100 mm end discharge which has aa air operated butterfly valve. The top of the unit is enclosed apart from an end hinged hatch with grille which has a safety interlock attached. Within the unit is three stainless steel CIP spray balls fed from a outside commen connection point.

The unit is mounted on a stainless steel frame and is driven by a 4 kw motor driving through a Radicon reduction gearbox.

The Blender is in very good condition and was last used on liquids and light slurries but will also perform with powders.
